Dear Mark,
We just want to say thank-you
for our beautiful new home! You gave us a “turn key” price
and it ended up being less, we couldn’t believe it,
neither could our bank. We thought choosing a builder and
building a home was going to be a nightmare but you made
everything easy from the start.
All of your employees we met
during the building process were friendly towards us and
spoke highly of you. Whilst some grumbled you were fussy,
to us it was just reassurance that they would only do
their best work or else! Dave the carpenter was especially
helpful building Mick’s fish tank. Also Sharon your
colour consultant was fantastic to work with. I was
amazed we could choose our colour scheme, tiles, carpet
etc for our whole house in under 3 hours.
Choosing one of your existing
house plans and making modifications also made the
building process easier for us. At all times you were
flexible when we wanted to make minor changes as long as
changes were written and faxed nothing was a bother. Half
the time whatever we were thinking, you’d be a step ahead
and ring us to keep us updated.
We really enjoyed dealing
directly with you Mark. It made the whole process very
personable. You are very friendly and easy to work with
and we would happily recommend you to any of our friends.
Thank-you again for all of your hard work. We are so happy
with our new home. The quality of our home exceeded our
expectations.
