We meet our clients on site before carrying out any earth works and discuss any final changes that may have occurred before commencing work.

We pride ourselves on engaging the same professional contractors on every home.

All structural members on your house will have a warranty or be of compliance to the standards.

We only use cypress timber framing and trusses as we know how important it is to use termite resistant timbers.

We understand this is one of your biggest investments in life and we try to exceed your expectations above all others.

All our homes are professionally cleaned and a final check is carried out with the owner before hand over.

As accidents can happen, we always leave touch up paint.

A six months maintenance period is standard to rectify any minor defects, as well as six year structural under our builder registration.
